			&lt;p&gt;Hello, I posted a bug before but you closed it, but the problem still persists!!! it's about using Urien in street fighter 3 3rd strike. Try using your pc keyboard, press Down, for 2 secs, then Up, BUT try to link the Down Arrow button with the Up arrow button, don't press them seperately, press them in 1 motion!!! When I try headbutts or knee drops with Urien, I just get a JUMP! When press Left arrow then Right, to charge for a tackle, it works fine!!! it's just the down/up motion that doesn't work properly.&lt;br /&gt;
I have been trying this on MAME, and it works fine. Yes you will tell me practice more, but you should know that Im the only player out there who uses Urien and charge partitions perfectly using my PC keyboard, on MAME of course. 			&lt;p&gt;I did read the instructions from the previous thread, on this same matter. Deleted the n02.ini file, from C:\\\\Windows, as it was residing there. However, the Host/Join window, still does not appear.&lt;br /&gt;

Was working fine, the very first time last night. And now that I want to try it again, it does this. Any help would be much appreciated.&lt;br /&gt;
